FIELD: designing, building and operation of automobile, motorcycle, bicycle track, mainly, of sporting purposes; applicable in designing and building of motor roads and special-purpose tracks, training complexes and attractions. SUBSTANCE: method consists in changing of grade of roadway with determination of vertical is carried out with consideration of acceleration functions of vehicle travel and changing of load exerted onto track pavement. After this, road base is raised from external side of bank by turning its separate parts round their axes located horizontally with subsequent fixation of their position. Track structure for changing parameters of bank has track pavement. Novelty consists in that base is made of segments laid to overlap one another and connected in pairs successively by means of axles from internal side of bank and installed on hinged brackets which are connected by axles with posts of additional base rigidly connected to foundation. In addition, segments are laid with their free side onto flexible coupling secured to side parts of structure and provided with turnbuckle, and coupling beds are installed on thrust bearings of screw mechanisms located between base and installed on thrust bearings of screw mechanisms located between base and additional base.
