FIELD: petroleum processing and chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves spraying of liquid with dispersers in vacuum distillation chamber. Non-vaporized drops are subjected to hydrodynamic fragmentation using torches of sprayed liquid directed toward each other, after which droplets are vaporized in film. For that, distillation chamber is oriented horizontally and incorporates plate in its center with build-in heating units. Apparatus comprises horizontally oriented distillation chamber with vertically oriented dispersers located in its opposite ends and above-mentioned plate in its center. The plate separates internal hollow of chamber into two equal communicating parts. EFFECT: increased fullness of oil fractions' recovery and separation of other high-boiling mixtures. 2 cl, 1 dwg
