FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: oil is heated with saturated steam to at least 100-205°C with creation of steam-gas mixture, which contains drops of oil mist and steam of low-boiling fractions. Steam of oil hot film, which trickles down on the internal surface of tube in heated film evaporator, is condensed into oil mist in counterflow of cold air, then oil drops are separated from the air flow, which is saturated with oil mist, in oil separator - impactor by means of subsequent step expansion -compression of flow in paired elements "nozzle-damper". The device consists of heat exchanger of regenerated oil preliminary heating, film evaporator for formation of regenerated oil film and condensation of oil vapors into oil mist and oil separator-impactor for separation of purified oil. Film evaporator is made in the form of vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger, with at least one tube equipped with orifice, which is installed inside and along the shell, for creation of film on tube internal surface. Oil separator-impactor is made in the form of vertical cylindrical device, which contains a set of preferably four paired elements "nozzle-damper".
EFFECT: increases efficiency of oil regeneration process with simultaneous reduction of expenses for manufacturing and operation of device for method implementation.
