FRICTION CLUTCH Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2166679 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: friction clutch is designed for engagement with friction lining wearing piece. Friction clutch has a clutch plate with friction linings, disc spring, and disc spring turning support. Disc spring loads axially-moving pressure disc in direction of friction linings. Friction clutch also includes device for compensation of friction lining wear and auxiliary power accumulator which action is superimposed on force created by disc spring, at least on part of friction clutch release route. In this case, resulting force-route characteristic formed due to interaction between power accumulator and disc spring is available on at least part of release route. As a result, stability of friction clutch release force throughout the entire route of release is obtained, and required release force is reduced. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 11 cl, 16 dwg
