FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains at least one primary and one secondary inertial masses installed coaxially relative to each other. Primary inertial mass is made for connection with engine output shaft, and secondary inertial mass is made for connection and disconnection with output shaft of gearbox by means of clutch. Damper with input and output parts is installed between both inertial masses, input part of damper being connected with one of inertial masses, and output part, with other inertial mass. Input and output parts have places for mounting energy accumulator in between. Both inertial masses are installed in form of unit on output shaft of engine. For this purpose primary inertial mass is provided with radially extending flanged section to be connected with engine output shaft by means of threaded fasteners. Primary inertial mass is provided with solid ring made radially integral from outside and/or fitted on primary inertial mass, and secondary inertial mass is provided with ring friction surface for clutch disk. Said secondary inertial mass is made in form of solid ring part extending radially outside energy accumulator in circumferential direction.
