FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing Kirschner wire through scapular acromion from inside to outside and from down to top into the external scapula segment making Z- shaped rest at an angle of 20-25 deg. The wire is brought out through soft tissues and skin in supraclavicular area where compressing unit is mounted. Dynamic compression is carried out. EFFECT: uniform pressure distribution over the articulation ends taking into account anatomical relations. 5 dwg
