SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating the lesions of acromial-clavicular articulation due to osteosynthesis. One should apply a multi-purpose fixator for right and left clavicle that consists of a plate and a stem consisting of an inclined and horizontal parts. At the upper surface of acromial clavicular end it is important to form a canal at the angle against the clavicle towards brachial caput. The fixator's stem should be moved into the canal, the inclined part of which should be located in acromial clavicular end, and horizontal one - under the clavicle, acromial clavicular articulation and acromion. Affected meniscus should be reset into articular cavity and sutured to articular capsule. The plate should be fixed to the clavicle with two screws. The method provides the reconstruction of affected articular structures due to applying the united plate for both the right and the left clavicles that leads to saving post-surgical movements in acromial-clavicular articulation.
