FIELD: mechanical engineering; cleaning lubricants-and-coolants and other working fluids from mechanical impurities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes reservoir for liquid to be cleaned with cartridge-type endless chain magnetic separator located inside it; magnetic separator includes chain conveyer, magnetic rods with attachment system and unit for cleaning these rods. Ends of magnetic rods are made in form of hinges. Shaft of chain of magnetic separator is made in form of spherical support whose body is just extension of chain shaft, two half-rings mounted in body embracing the hinge and locking nut. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of securing magnetic cartridges; avoidance of damage in case of misalignment and extension of ends of cartridge from fasteners. 3 dwg
