FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for cleaning the cutting fluids and other process liquids from mechanical admixtures. Device has a tank for liquid being cleaned, chain magnetic separator positioned inside the tank and provided with magnetic rods and magnetic rod cleaner, as well as endless chain which part is zigzag-shaped. Distance between axes of adjacent zigzag-shaped parts of magnetic separator branch are different. In contaminated liquid inlet zone these distances are smaller than in cleaned liquid removal zone where separating partitions are installed between zigzag-shaped parts of magnetic separator branch.
