FIELD: granulation of liquid materials; manufacture of mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing mounted rotatably and provided with perforated side wall, distributing grate and fixed sleeve with side through slots which is coaxially mounted in housing. Transversal circular partitions mounted on sleeve form clearance with wall of housing; their diameters reduce downward; these partitions divide cavities of housing and sleeve into peripheral sections. Vertical partitions located inside sleeve between circular partitions are mounted at similar inclination in each peripheral section. EFFECT: smooth granulation of finished product. 3 cl, 3 dwg
