Horizontal ring-shaped partitions of different diameter forming a gap with the perforated lateral wall of the housing are fixed on the glass. The device also has a horizontal perforated plate fastened to the output of the feeding branch pipe over the ring-shaped partitions, The inner diameter of decreases each ring-shaped partition decreases with the distance from the feeding branch pipe. The gap between each horizontal ring-shaped partition and the housing does not exceed 1.0 mm.
