FIELD: granulation of liquid materials by spraying and cooling or drying drops in cavity of granulation tower; manufacture of complex mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing mounted rotatably and provided with perforated side wall, supply branch pipe with distribution grid secured at its outlet, sleeve with side through slots which is mounted immovably in housing coaxially at spaced relation, transversal circular partitions secured on sleeve forming clearance with perforated side wall of housing; their diameters reduce downward; they divide cavities of housing and sleeve into peripheral circular sections. Device is provided with additional transversal circular partitions secured on sleeve and located inside this sleeve between main transversal circular partitions; their inner diameter is lesser than inner diameter of adjacent upper transversal circular partition and is more than inner diameter of adjacent lower transversal circular partition; sleeve is provided with additional through slots above each additional transversal circular partition.
