FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: abrasive segments are mounted in a metal housing by means of collar, flexible members and fixing flange. Lubricating members without clearance are mounted between abrasive segments. Abrasive segments are made of equilateral trapezium in circular cross-section of the wheel. Alternative abrasive segments face the housing flange with their larger base, and others face the housing flanges with their smaller base. Lubricating members in its cross-section perpendicular to the wheel axis are made of equilateral trapeziums whose larger base is at the mounting surface of the wheel. End faces of lubricating members, from side of larger base are provided with fixing collars. EFFECT: reduced impact load and noise. 4 dwg
