FIELD: method and equipment for manufacture of pipes from oriented plastics, in particular - manufacture of pipes subjected to extension both in the radial and axial directions for orientation of the material in the direction of extension and improvement of its mechanical properties. SUBSTANCE: method consists in stages of extrusion, temperature conditioning, axial extension of pipes between the first and second extenders, transverse expansion and cooling. Pipe axial extension is accomplished before its transverse expansion. The first extender is positioned before the zone of temperature conditioning. The second expander is positioned between the zone of temperature conditioning and the zone of expansion. The production line for continuous manufacture of pipe is also described.
