METHOD OF BITUMEN PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: petroleum processing and building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of production of bitumen by oxidation of petroleum raw with air oxygen. Petroleum raw is subjected for oxidation in oxidative column at air feeding through perforated tubes arranged inside of column into the raw layer. Then product from column bottom and additionally feeding air are subjected for treatment in dispersive apparatus making excessive pressure 1-3 kg/cm² in forming gas-liquid mixture and dynamic pulse frequency of flow 400-3000 Hz inside of dispersive apparatus followed by recovery of treatment product in oxidation column. EFFECT: improved properties of bitumen, decreased process duration of production and air consumption, decreased oxidation temperature, enhanced quality of obtained asphalt concrete with use of bitumen. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 2 dwg
