SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidizing raw material with oxygen from air with the use of cavitational-vortex gas-liquid apparatus installed in raw material supply line; directing 5-10% of air flow for primary raw material oxidizing in wave field with consecutively oxidizing gas-liquid mixture in fine state for 30-60 sec depending on gas-liquid mixture supply pipeline length and diameter; finally oxidizing thereof in oxidizing column in full mode.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs and air consumption, increased product quality and output.
