FIELD: electroplating processes and equipment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of successively performing operations of main galvanochemical treatment by dipping, jet washing realized by means of distributing collectors with units for forming submillimeter cross section jets; washing parts by dipping; replenishing volume loss of electrolyte-solution in treatment bath by means of afterconcentrated part of concentrated drained water; replenishing fresh washing water in respective accumulation tank by means of condensed vapors; realizing jet washing of parts in perforated drums depending upon type and(or) toxicity (concentration) of washed away electrolyte-solution in treatment bath during one or two stages; during two-stage procedure using different-temperature hot and cold water and(or) different intensities of jets of washing water in single or in separate bathes for jet washing, possibly with possibility of partially immersing perforated drum into pan for drained water accumulated at process of jet washing; performing one- or two-stage operation for washing parts in perforated drum by dipping depending upon permissible concentration of main washed away component of electrolyte-solution in treatment bath; supplying water by submillimeter cross section jets with use of local header systems connected to respective metering accumulators for washing water; replenishing washing water in said metering accumulators by feeding excess washing water into bath by dipping from tank for accumulating fresh washing water by means of local header system and(or) by distilled water from respective generator; when permissible concentration of main washed away component of electrolyte-solution in bath is achieved in water of bath for washing by dipping or in its second stage, realizing complete or partial draining of water from bath or from its first stage respectively to tank for draining contaminated washing water whose outlet is connected with inlet at least of one local header system for supplying washing water into distributing collectors with units for forming submillimeter cross section jets at least in one washing stage; using such water for jet washing; supplying to bath for washing by dipping or to its second stage fresh water and(or) condensed vapors formed at process for afterconcentration of concentrated drained water including vapors accumulated in tank for accumulating fresh water. Novelty is variants for changing water in bath for washing by dipping; using of washing and drained water formed from condensed vapors, design of bathes for treatment and for washing by dipping. EFFECT: optimal consumption of washing water and power resources, of chemical compounds and materials, enhanced quality of washing, increased time period for realizing washing process in drain-free mode. 12 cl, 1 dwg
