FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating. Method involves using a temperature sensor, control and regulating device and equipment for three-position temperature adjustment, performing when heating an electrolyte supply of voltage or corresponding type of heat carrier to electric heating elements or in heat exchangers in the form of coils arranged in process bath, and when cooling -feeding a coolant into heat exchangers in form of coils, as well as compensation for loss of electrolyte in process bath, wherein electrolyte of process bath is poured into one of two used buffer tanks located below and/or below washing baths for said operation, said buffer tanks being connected with an overflow pocket of process bath, wherein one tank is equipped with a heat exchanger in form of a coil for feeding coolant from a cooling unit or cold water from circulation water supply system, and other tank is equipped with a bubbler for feeding compressed air, outlets of the tanks are connected either with a common pump, or each of them is connected with its own pump to feed electrolyte, supply control of which is performed based on a temperature sensor signal, wherein during autumn-winter-spring season, oil-free air blast is used to cool electrolyte, connected to street air intake.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of overall dimensions of process bath and labour costs associated with replacement and/or repair of coils, higher efficiency, reliability and stability of temperature maintenance.
