FIELD: construction engineering; erection of walls and ceilings in apartment and social buildings. SUBSTANCE: frame structure has prefabricated panels provided with wood skeleton, heat-insulating filler, and protective-decorative shields whose length and width exceed respective skeleton sizes; they form closed spaces, together with adjacent skeleton part, in the course of their jointing. Heat-insulating filler is three-layer structure whose external layer is made of water-repellent foamed gypsum, internal one, of porous insulation, and closed spaces are filled with filling or loose heat-insulation. EFFECT: improved reliability of panel joint insulation from environmental effect. 11 cl, 3 dwg
