FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: panel can be used in erection of external guarding structures of buildings intended for dwelling, public-service and industrial application. Heat-insulating construction panel has sheathing with face side and back side. Arranged inside sheathing are blind cells which are open at face side of sheathing. Also provided is protective coating and heat-insulating filler placed in sheathing cells. Sheathing is made of foamed gypsum with density of 150-300 kg/cub.m. Filler is created by foam-gypsum inserts with density of 90-120 kg/cub.m. Foam-gypsum inserts take 30-80% of panel volume. Protective coating hermetically coves entire panel surface. Blind cells and foam-gypsum inserts are made in the form of truncated cones with similar angle of incline of their generating lines with respect to base or in the form of truncated pyramids of congruent configuration. Protective coating is made of waterproofing cardboard connected by gluing, impregnated in dry oil and coated with enamel. One of panel sides has protective coating in the form of chipboard or cement-chipboard which can be installed on face or back side of panel. Heat-insulating panel can be formed by several sheathings placed one upon other with foam-gypsum inserts. At least two sheathings adjoin each other by their face sides. Face sides of other sheathings adjoin back sides of first sheathings. Sheathings can be separated by waterproofing liners. Foam-gypsum inserts can be formed inside blind cells of sheathing or can be inserted or glued in blind cells of sheathing. Main components of heat-insulating panel are made of homogeneous raw material possessing high heat-engineering properties which is ecologically and hygienically clean, is easily available and cheap.
