FIELD: construction engineering; panels of floors, coverings, and walls including those for industrial buildings and structures bearing heavy load per unit area of floor. SUBSTANCE: beams with metal angle pieces installed between the latter and longerons are fastened to longitudinal longerons of panel; external and internal shields are fastened to metal angle pieces. Beams are mounted on longerons by means of hollow rivets with expanded ends passed through longerons, wall of angle pieces. As viewed from top, cells are shaped as isosceles equidimensional triangles formed by longitudinal longerons and ribs which are essentially diagonal and transversal inner and outer barriers. Adjacent and cross vertexes of triangles are joined together by metal fastening members. Porous heat insulation is enclosed in facings made of foam polymeric gypsum plates glued together, treated with water- repellent modifier, and forming sealed cavities placed in cells. External and internal shields are joined to metal angle pieces by self-threaded bolts. Removable pockets for receiving assembling bolts of hollow rivets are provided in internal and/or external shields opposite to some of hollow rivets. Metal fastening members are stamped in the form of U-section cantilevers whose ledges are provided with stamped flanges which form vertical through grooves. Plates with cut-through tabs entering vertical through grooves of cantilevers are mounted on the latter.
