FIELD: directional drilling of holes. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drilling means used to drill second shaft in case of artificial distortion of hole. Deflecting-orienting tool is eccentric that has body with wedge surface in the form of groove and fixing arm to set it at required mark in shaft of hole. In case of necessity to change orientation of groove center of gravity is displaced in needed direction owing to eccentricity of individual components and members of deflecting tool or owing to reduction or increase of area of cross-section or longitudinal section as well as owing to difference of specific weights of composite materials mounted and arranged depending on required azimuth of orientation. EFFECT: simplified design of deflecting-orienting tool, automatic orientation of tool along required azimuth. 2 dwg
