CONVEYER TRANSFER UNIT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: transport equipment, particularly, conveyer transfer units used in mining industry in driving of workings. SUBSTANCE: conveyer transfer unit has feeding conveyer with raised unloading part and conveyer reloader. Unloading part of load feeding conveyer is installed with the help of horizontal hinge on movable support connected by flexible tie-rod with linear part of feeding conveyer. Reloader is installed on said support through frame turning in horizontal plane and has a mechanism for its turning in vertical plane. The latter is made in the form of horizontal hinge connecting reloader and turning frame to which vertical posts are rigidly secured and upper ends of vertical posts are connected with unloading end of reloader by tie-rods with devices for adjustment of their length. Feeding conveyer is made in the form of flight conveyer. Reloader is made as a belt conveyer. EFFECT: increased distance of advance without adding transport facilities, higher labor productivity and mine working driving rate. 4 cl, 2 dwg
