Abstract RU 2167440 C2

FIELD: optical investigation of atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: first of all method consists in measurement of total intensity of solar flux of electromagnetic radiation composed of longitudinal and lateral components scattered by atmosphere. At second stage only intensity of longitudinal component of solar flux of electromagnetic radiation is measured. Value of water content is found from difference between total intensity of solar flux of electromagnetic radiation scattered by atmosphere and value of longitudinal component. EFFECT: timeliness of distant determination of water content of cloudy and cloudless atmosphere thanks to simplification of calculation-analytic part of method and decreased time spent to obtain primary experimental data.
