SUBSTANCE: minimum value of radiant temperature of thermal emission from the upper boundary of the cloud cover and maximum albedo is measured. Radiant temperature is measured in the wavelength ranges 3.55-3.93 mcm, 10.3-11.3 mcm, 11.5-12.5 mcm. Presence of an epicenter of the convectional dangerous weather phenomemon is determined depending on the time of the day, based on the measured parametres.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination and widening of the class of determined convectional dangerous phenomena.
