SUBSTANCE: circuit breaker has reactor one of whose coil leads is connected to positive bus of power supply and other lead, to positive terminal of load through power circuit of high-speed breaker; it also has break contacts, blowout coil mounted on one magnetic core and demagnetizing turns placed in gap of other magnetic core that incorporates holding coil connected to holding-current source, as well as capacitor, and resistor; first and second leads of backward-connected diode pile are connected to negative and positive terminals of load, respectively. Two additional diode piles are introduced and reactor coil is provided with intermediate lead. EFFECT: enhanced speed and extended service life of circuit breaker. 5 cl, 2 dwg
