FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has photostimulating spectacles with color light emitters and electronic control unit including device for controlling color therapy setting and performing procedures. Control device is connected to emission control circuit which is connected with its outputs to photostimulating glasses emitters. Apparatus is further provided with externally reprogrammable memory device for storing color therapy procedures and their numbers, device for selecting number of procedure, starting circuit, audio signal source and indicator. Procedure number selecting device is connected to setting input, reprogrammable memory device is connected to information input, starting circuit is connected to starting input, and audio signal source and indicator are connected to control device. Apparatus acts upon human's organism through eyes in the process of performing therapeutic and prophylactic procedures against ophthalmic diseases and allows procedures to be effected on doctor's orders under home conditions.
