FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying medicamentous therapy, surgical treatment, and laser radiation therapy. Biologically active radiation frequencies are selected before beginning laser radiation therapy and treatment efficiency is evaluated before, in the course of and after the laser treatment. The laser treatment is carried out by combining irradiation in infrared and visible bandwidth using gradual increase scheme with injury degree and depth, general clinical health state and concomitant patient diseases being taken into consideration, giving exposure time being equal to 3 and initial power density being equal to 5 mW/cm². The device has several infrared and visible light sources of laser therapy, power supply source and control unit. Radiation sources are arranged to allow the action zones on holder to be surrounded by circular boundary. The radiation sources producing non-divergent infrared and visible bandwidth beams are radiators enclosed in capsules and fixed on the holder in beds. The holder is designed as half-ring and/or half-ring segment with connection member. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment mainly in the cases of cylindrical elongated body shapes. 4 cl, 5 dwg
