FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has control unit having control panel and two units for diagnosing binocular vision function disorder degree and microprocessor. The control unit is connected to controllable light-stimulating spectacles having two light-stimulation units. Two units for tuning treatment mode relative to left and right eye vision perception biorhythms and indication unit having indication controller. Control panel output is connected to the first microprocessor input, the first output of which is connected to the indication unit through indication unit controller. The second and the third microprocessor outputs are connected to binocular vision function disorder-degree-diagnosing units inputs outputs of which are connected to the first inputs of two light-stimulation channels outputs, the second and the third microprocessor inputs and the first inputs of the units for tuning treatment mode relative to left and right eye vision perception biorhythms. The fourth and fifth microprocessor outputs are connected to the second inputs of the units for tuning treatment mode relative to left and right eye vision perception biorhythms outputs of which are directly connected to the second inputs of two light-stimulation channels.
