FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying stroking, massaging and kneading the lesion zone. Spasmodic paravertebral muscles are stretched in the lesion zone giving periodically chance for skin layer to move back by 0.5-1 cm. The deep layer fibers oriented in transverse direction are massaged. Electrostimulation is carried out in the vicinity of interspinous spaces. The number of electrodes applied corresponds to the number of injured interspinous spaces. Additional electrode is placed one space above and below the injured zone. Current intensity is equal to 5 mA during the first days, exposure time being equal to 8 min. Current intensity is equal to 5 mA in the following four procedures during the first 5 min, being gradually increased to 7 mA next to it, procedure exposure time being equal to 15-20 min. Current intensity is 7 mA during the first 5 min of the seventh to tenth procedure being gradually increased to 10 mA in the following time with procedure duration being equal to 30 min. Current intensity is 10 mA during the first 5 min of the eleventh to fifteenth procedure being increased to 15 mA in the following time with procedure duration being equal to 40 min.
