FIELD: medicine, traumatology, provision of curative effect on the ligamentous apparatus of the cervical vertebra, the necessity of such an effect is evident at a correction of hypermobility of the cervical vertebra; reversible increase of mobility of the vertebral motor of the segment or of the whole section of the vertebra that is associated with the insufficiency of the fixating structures. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in therapeutic physical training notable for the fact that in the lowered position of the patient's hand a load is arisen on it, and by deep palpation the injured vertebromotor segment is found, after that the patient slowly raises his hand, in the process of rise the moment of appearance of effort of ligaments in the injured vertebromotor segment is determined by palpation, and the hand is detained in this position for 10 to 60s, the exercise of each hand is repeated 3 to 15 times. For realization of the method use is made of a fixture made in the form of an applied cuff with pockets for loads, which makes it possible to dose the load; the fixture can be easily and conveniently fixed on the patient's hand.
