FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: method involves prescription to patient the complex antiviral therapy with additional dalargin dosing. At meningeal form of tick-borne encephalitis dalargin is administrated by intravenous route in the amount 5 mg in 100 ml of 5% glucose or physiological solution every day for 3-5 days. At focal form dalargin is administrated by endolumbal route in the amount 1 mg in 2 ml of physiological solution as a single dose followed by its intravenous administration in the dose 5 mg by drops every day. Treatment course is 7 days at the content of neutrophils 40% in cerebrospinal fluid and 10-12 days at the content of neutrophils 40%.
