FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A method involves the introduction of a preparation of human alpha 2b interferon into a body. Reaferon-ES Lipint prepared by inclusion of recombinant alpha-2b interferon into liposomes is used as the preparation of human alpha 2b interferon. The preparation is introduced into the body orally twice a day 30 minutes before meals in a dose of 500000 IU: in treating feverish tick-borne encephalitis; in adults and children of 15 and older - for 7 days in treating meningeal tick-borne encephalitis in adults and children of 15 and older - for 10 days.
EFFECT: use of the declared method enables reducing length of treating, providing higher clinical effectiveness and decreasing a human immune load.
