FIELD: medicine, andrology, reproductology. SUBSTANCE: method of improvement of motility of spermatozoons in ejaulate sample involves treatment with solution of α2-microglobulin. Motility is estimated as high and sufficient for fertilization if activity of spermatozoons after treatment increases by 3-fold as compared with initial value. Invention provides retention of activity of spermatozoons for 24 h. Method can be used for artificial insemination and extracorporal fertilization.
