FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has chamber with tubes for supplying ionized air. The tubes have means for atomizing the air. The means is designed as cylindrical tube divided into sections manufactured from dielectric material. Concentrators as metal rings provided with injectors are arranged in spaces between the sections. The device has platform for placing a patient and means for connecting patient extremities to ground.
