FIELD: operation of oil wells with use of sucker-rod pumps. SUBSTANCE: in joint, lower part of gripping member from outside is conjugated with removable bushing over conical surface. Upper part of gripping member is conjugated with body over conical surface reverse to conical surface of lower part. Gripping member has circular projection for respective groove provided on end of gripped sucker rod. Internal cavity of body is isolated from effect of environment. Body upper part has thread for connecting with polished rod. Gripping member is split and has riffled internal working surface for gripped sucker rod. EFFECT: reliable engagement with rod body and operation of pump plant within rated loads. 1 dwg
