HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic transmission has oil blower, oil-pressure reversing distributor and two hydraulic engines with their kinematic elements. Hydraulic engines include cylinder blocks accommodating pistons moving counter to each other, distributor and shaft with flange-eccentric converters secured on it. Cylinder blocks consist of two disc posts coupled to each other by tube from internal side. They are provided with cylindrical guides on which cylinders are mounted directly. Automatic distributor is arranged in shaft center. Bearings bodies with flanges carrying half-couplings are positioned on shaft from one side of posts. Casings in which flange-eccentric converters are installed are secured from other side of posts. Auxiliary casings have the second half-couplings from both sides. Casings are provided with safe-guarding rests which also carry half-couplings for interaction with half-couplings of flange-eccentric converter. Couplings prevent casing from rotation but allow its reciprocation. EFFECT: prolonged service life, reduced mechanism cost. 7 dwg
