FIELD: control equipment. SUBSTANCE: controllable throttling valve has hollow body with sealed cover and inlet and outlet channels. It also includes flexible member with through channel arranged in body and control system of flow section of flexible member channel. Control system is made as a pusher and control power device engaged with the pusher. Flexible member is made in the form of capillary-porous mass, for example, polymer-based, arranged in cup which is cylindrical form with perforated bottom and partially with side walls and side surface. Cup is positioned in the body. It is sealed relative to internal surface of the body and its bottom is turned towards inlet hole. The body is provided with circular collector which is coupled to outlet channel. Collector embraces perforated part of the cup. Pusher is made as a piston sealed with respect to the cup and body. Piston interacts with flexible member and is spring-loaded to cover. Power device is made, for example, in the form of pneumatic system with a source and facilities of control pressure supply. EFFECT: extended range of consumption continuous control, stabilization of flow, reduced pulsations and formation of vortex, enhanced reliability and durability. 1 dwg
