FIELD: underwater acoustic equipment, underwater acoustic systems of remote control, underwater acoustic telecontrol subsystems. SUBSTANCE: underwater acoustic device includes unit of signal radiation in which generator of coded wide-band control signals, power amplifier and underwater radiator of coded wide-band control signals are connected in series and unit of signal reception in which hydrophone, amplifier, decoder of coded wide-band control signals, electromagnetic relay that is output of unit of signal reception is linked to mechanical release are connected in series. Decoder of underwater acoustic signals is connected in parallel to decoder of coded wide-band control signals and to output of amplifier. Output of decoder of underwater acoustic signals is linked to input of electromagnetic relay. Amplifier, both decoders, electromagnetic relay and flashing beacon are power- supplied from high-capacitance and multiply recharged storage cell. Unit of signal reception is sealed in compartment made in plastic case of certain form capable of own positive buoyancy, stock of halyard being placed around plastic case. Flashing beacon and blue light are employed for effective visual inspection of position of device on sea surface. External separable key connected to mechanical release is meant for switching on of unit of signal reception for stand-by reception.
