FIELD: hydro-acoustics; radiation of hydro-acoustic coded control signals. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes shaping, amplifying and radiating hydro-acoustic control coded signal of high directivity in vertical plane and slight directivity in horizontal plane from rescue ship which is received, amplified and decoded on board of sunken ship, after which signal buoy is mechanically disconnected and surfaces; margin of rope is located in container; rope is connected to sunken ship; besides that, rescue ship performs visual and radar search of signal buoy and measurement of distance between buoy coming to surface and rescue ship; after raising signal buoy and rope on board of rescue ship, sunken object is raised by means of rope.
