FIELD: underwater acoustic equipment, underwater acoustic systems of remote control, underwater acoustic telecontrol subsystems. SUBSTANCE: gear incorporates command and actuating units. Command unit includes channel radiating underwater coded wide-band control signals, channel receiving radio signals and channel measuring present distance. Actuating unit has channel receiving underwater acoustic coded wide-band control signal, channel of actuation of control signal and channel of radiation of radio signal. Channel radiating underwater acoustic coded wide-band control signals of command unit includes generator of coded wide-band control signals, power amplifier and underwater radiator of coded wide-band control signals connected in series. Channel receiving radio signals has radio receiving antenna and radio receiver connected in series, device processing response signals, channel measuring present distance includes timer, generator of request signals, controllable delay line, former of distance gate, key, binary-decimal counter and indicator of present distance connected in series. Generator of counting pulses is connected to second input of key. Channel receiving underwater acoustic coded wide-band signals of actuating unit incorporates hydrophone, amplifier and decoder of coded wide-band control signals which is output of given channel connected in series. Channel of actuation of control signal includes synchronizer and electron key connected in series, Channel radiating radio signals includes radio transmitter and radio transmitting antenna connected in series. Electric power is supplied to amplifier, decoder, synchronizer and electron key without interruption and to radio transmitter - periodically with the aid of high-capacitance multiply re-charged cell.
