Command unit includes emission channel of hydroacoustic coded broadband control signals, channel receiving radio signal and channel measuring present range. Actuating unit includes receiving channel of hydroacoustic coded broadband control signals, channel emitting radio signal. Device also incorporates electron key, mechanical release, flashing beacon, high-capacitance separable cell, external separable key, container with required length of halyard attached to lower part of plastic case of actuating unit coming in the form of ball, showing own positive buoyancy, corner reflector of radar signals placed inside plastic case. Hydroacoustical radiator of coded broadband control signals, highly directional in vertical plane and weakly directional in horizontal plane, is utilized in emission channel of hydroacoustic coded broadband control signals in command unit.
