FIELD: measurement, communication and control systems with frequency and phase modulation. SUBSTANCE: proposed generator includes multiphase reference generator based on inverter with feedback via sectionalized delay line and multiplexer. Apart from them it has phase inverter controlled by digital code of phase and provided with reference and digital inputs of number of operational phases connected to proper groups of outputs of multiphase reference generator. Phase inverter is built on basis of multiplexer, OR ELSE gate and subtractor which ensure phase shift of signal with due account of number of operational phases of multiphase reference generator. Frequency is controlled by change of number of operational phases of reference generator by change of address of multiplier incorporated in it by means of converter controlled by digital code of frequency.
