FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device forming time interval controlled by digital code is employed for generation of pulses and their delay. Operational principle of device is based on re-counting of pulses of reference generator by pulse counter 7 loaded to output flip-flop. Period of reference pulses is additionally divided into assemblage of parts- time quanta thanks to implementation of reference generator in the form of multiphase pulse generator 1 Collection of outputs of multiphase pulse generator 1 form in this case subscale of time reading at start and finish of formed interval. Device is supplemented with register 2, encoder 4, adder 3, multiplexer 5, OR ELSE gate 10 and comparator 11 which conduct process of reading of time interval and digital control over its duration.
