FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves seeding cereal grasses into untilled sod, with following cultivation of ground and simultaneously forming windrows at both sides of traveling agricultural unit; seeding leguminous grasses in an amount of 70-75% of required grass mixture seeding norm. Prior to seeding, leguminous grasses are mixed with bacterial fertilizer prepared from local native plant roots mixed with rhizome used in the ratio of 1:2. Method allows meadows to be improved. EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for required plant adaptively, improved growing and development of plants, and elimination of necessity for introducing additional fertilizers. 1 tbl, 2 ex
