FIELD: manufacture of rolled products. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing coarse H-section from rectangular blank in angle pass in section mills; rolling H-section in closed beam passes with alternating roll splits and directions of slopes of outer flange faces; rolling H-sections by alternatively bending and straightening wall in each pair of adjacent passes, with pass wall bending angle relative to horizontal plane being equal to total value of slope angles of outer faces of open and closed flanges. Usage of mentioned bending angle of pass wall allows out-of-contact rotation of flanges through predetermined angle to be provided in the process of straightening of H-beam wall in next pass. Mentioned angle provides equal slopes of outer faces of pass flanges and section assigned for it. Method further involves final forming of ready section in finishing pass of traditional shape. Method allows twisting of flanges relative to wall in wall and flange junction zone to be eliminated and, as a result, power consumed for rolling to be decreased. Moreover, method allows flanges to be uniformly deformed in pass to improve quality of sections. EFFECT: reduced wear of rolls and reduced consumption of labor in the process of cutting passes by rolls. 4 dwg
