METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF COLORED CEMENTS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: production of binding materials; applicable in manufacture of building materials for production of colored cements for finishing work, and cement paints. SUBSTANCE: method includes combined grinding of gray Portland cement and pigment. Prior to combined grinding, gray Portland cement and pigment are mixed. Grinding is effected in vibratory centrifugal mill with acceleration of particle movement within 35-50 g, with mill drum ball load of 40-75%, up to attaining specific surface of material of 900-1100 sq.m/kg. EFFECT: high intensity of cement color preserved in operation of articles, simplified process cycle of colored cement production. 1 tbl
