SUBSTANCE: device has casing pipe filled with refrigerant and partially plunged into ground, case mounted around casing pipe in a spaced relation to the latter. Space between casing pipe and case is filled with cold carrying agent. Novelty is that delivery pipe and outlet pipeline communicating with refrigerator evaporator are arranged in space between casing pipe and case.
