FIELD: electrical engineering; lead accumulator manufacture, operation, and repairs. SUBSTANCE: process involves electrochemical coating of accumulator with aniline-structure polymer in the course of forming its plates in aqueous sulfuric-acid electrolyte with aniline additives and/or its soluble salts of mineral acids; prior to forming the plates electrolyte is doped with salts of lead mineral acids soluble in sulfuric-acid electrolyte until saturated solution is obtained; then aniline and/or its mineral-acid soluble salts are added; concentration of added aniline and/or its mineral- acid soluble salts is between 0.001 and 0.5 mass percent.
