FIELD: space communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: technical objective of present invention lies in provision for mutual addition of coverage of observation fields both in subarctic and middle latitude regions of proper hemisphere of the Earth. Proposed system includes at least two orbits with two artificial satellites as minimum placed in each orbit so that each satellite of one group achieves point of orbital peri-center with shift relative to another artificial satellite of group equal to T/S, where T is orbital period, S is number of artificial satellites on one orbit. Artificial satellite of each group achieves on all orbits point of orbital peri- center simultaneously with corresponding artificial satellite of another group. In particular variant of realization patented system includes six artificial satellites placed in groups in two elliptical orbits.
